Mick Hill is a NAFC Certified Personal Trainer, Nutrition Specialist, and Wellness Coach. My mission and goal is to assist people in obtaining a physically fit and healthy lifestyle. I believe that everyone can and should be the best person they can be inside and out. You will quickly discover my passion for overall fitness, as I will push you to go beyond yourself and be better!

One on One

Training

Each program package consists of individualized, personalized 1-on-1 workout sessions based on the
client’s fitness level and objectives, and designed to improve your endurance, strength, and body
composition. Sessions include exercise counseling, instruction on the proper use of equipment and
technique, and dietary suggestions. Sessions are held at the Cyborg Fitness site in Waldorf, Md.
Group sessions designed to build strength and fitness through a variety of intense group interval exercises that are completed over 1 non-stop, fast-paced hour.
