Mick Hill is a NAFC Certified Personal Trainer, Nutrition Specialist, and Wellness Coach. My mission and goal is to assist people in obtaining a physically fit and healthy lifestyle. I believe that everyone can and should be the best person they can be inside and out. You will quickly discover my passion for overall fitness, as I will push you to go beyond yourself and be better!

Cyborg Fitness provides comprehensive one-on-one personalized training that encompasses a three-to-four-phased workout session that focuses on:

  1. Strength/toning
  2. Body weight/abdominals
  3. Cardio
  4. H.i.i.T. (High intensity interval training).

I incorporate an in-depth lifestyle plan based on the client’s personal goals, needs, and limitations; health and exercise evaluations; nutrition coaching; meal plans; and more to produce dramatic results for each individual client.
